Fred is a veteran executive and engineering consultant specializing in fire protection and life safety with over 50 years in the industry. As a Fellow of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers and recipient of numerous industry awards including the SCC Hugh Krentz Award and OACETT George Burwash Langford Award, he is recognized for simplifying complex technical issues and advancing industry standards.

Through his firm AML Encore Corp. and previous leadership roles including CEO of LEBER/RUBES INC. (LRI Engineering) for over 30 years, Fred provides invaluable expertise in codes and standards navigation, technical documentation, and innovative fire safety solutions. His extensive committee service with organizations like NFPA, ULC, ISO and the Canadian Fire Alarm Association, demonstrates his commitment to advancing the field.
