Ali has led complex investigations involving corrosion-related failures, metallurgical degradation, stress corrosion cracking, and high-temperature damage mechanisms in energy, industrial, and manufacturing environments. His experience spans laboratory-based materials characterization, field inspections, root-cause analysis, and the evaluation of inspection and QA/QC programs for critical assets and components.
He holds a PhD in Chemical and Materials Engineering and has completed postdoctoral research in materials degradation and corrosion science. Ali is the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications and patents, and his work has established him as a trusted technical authority in materials-related forensic investigations.
