Peyman Tabatabaei is a senior forensic geotechnical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, forensic investigation, construction disputes, and litigation support. He has worked on complex projects throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally, providing technical expertise on geotechnical failures, subsurface conditions, and construction-related claims.
Peyman specializes in slope instability, ground movement, retaining structures, drainage and groundwater impacts, differing site conditions, geohazards, and earthworks-related failures. He provides expert consulting services to legal counsel, insurers, contractors, owners, and public agencies on technically complex disputes involving buildings, infrastructure, industrial facilities, and energy projects.
