Dritan brings over 20 years of combined expertise in structural and forensic engineering, building science, and academic research. Licensed in multiple provinces in Canada, states in the USA, Ireland, and Albania, he has designed or reviewed dozens of residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

His unique background combines practical engineering experience with PhD-level research in structural systems, fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforcement, and sustainable design. As a member of Canadian Standareds Association (CSA) and American Concrete Institute (ACI) technical committees, Dritan contributes to advancing industry standards while maintaining an active consulting practice as the founder of Delta Innoveering and previous roles with major firms including Schöck North America, and 30 Forensic Engineering.

Dritan's combination of academic rigor, international licensing, and specialized expertise in structural thermal breaks, composite materials, and forensic investigations makes him particularly valuable for complex cases requiring deep technical analysis and innovative solutions.
